If your report fails to generate
You’re refunded automatically, in full, to your original payment method. This happens without you needing to ask — if generation hits an error, our system issues the refund and emails you to explain what happened. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
If your report generates successfully
The $19 is for producing the report — once it’s delivered, the service has been provided as purchased. We don’t offer refunds because you disagreed with the report’s conclusions, decided not to buy the bike, or the seller’s listing changed after you ran the report. The report is advisory analysis based on what you submitted; its job is to inform your decision, not to guarantee an outcome.
Mistakes on your end
If you entered the wrong bike details or uploaded the wrong photos and want a fresh report, email us before requesting a refund — we’ll look at it case by case rather than making you re-pay for our system’s limitations versus a genuine input mistake.
