PITWRENCH

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

PitWrench is operated by M&R Legacy Ventures LLC d/b/a PitWrench (718 Griffin Ave, #292, Enumclaw, WA 98022, United States). These terms are a binding agreement between you and us governing your use of pitwrench.com and the reports we generate.

1. What PitWrench is

PitWrench generates an AI-written buyer inspection report for a used off-road dirt bike or dual-sport/adventure motorcycle, based on the listing details, intake answers, and photos you submit. No PitWrench employee or contractor inspects the vehicle in person. The report is advisory analysis, not a professional pre-purchase inspection (PPI), and is not a substitute for one.

2. What PitWrench is not

PitWrench currently covers off-road dirt bikes and dual-sport/adventure motorcycles only — not ATVs, UTVs, street/sport motorcycles, or any other vehicle type. It does not verify vehicle identity, title status, or ownership. It reasons from what you submit and general/manufacturer knowledge; it does not guarantee your submitted photos, listing text, or answers are accurate.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms to use PitWrench. You won’t access PitWrench through bots, scripts, or other automated means, and you won’t use it for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Your responsibilities

You’re responsible for submitting accurate, honest information and photos that actually show the vehicle you’re asking about. Don’t use PitWrench to generate a report for a vehicle you don’t intend to genuinely evaluate for purchase, and don’t resell, redistribute, or represent a PitWrench report as your own independent inspection.

5. Payment and refunds

Reports are $19, paid up front via Stripe before generation starts. If a report fails to generate, you’re refunded automatically. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

PitWrench provides an AI-generated advisory report based on the information and photos you submit. No physical inspection of the vehicle is performed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PitWrench’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to a report — including inaccuracies, omissions, or reliance on its conclusions — is limited to the amount paid for that report. This cap does not limit your right to a refund under our Refund Policy for a report that was never delivered; the cap governs liability for a delivered report’s content, not our obligation to deliver or refund an undelivered one.

7. No warranties

PitWrench makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any report. You are solely responsible for your purchase decision. A professional pre-purchase inspection is recommended before any purchase over a few thousand dollars.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold PitWrench and M&R Legacy Ventures LLC harmless from any claim, loss, or expense — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third party’s rights.

9. Report use

Your report is for your personal use in evaluating a specific vehicle purchase. Your report link is private — don’t share it publicly.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as PitWrench changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of PitWrench will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there. Any claim must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it.

13. California residents

If a complaint with us isn’t resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254.
